My practice spans luxury and distinctive residences, single-family homes, condominiums, investment properties, and value-add opportunities. Every property and every client requires a different strategy. I don’t believe in canned playbooks.

Born and raised in Seattle, I bring more than two decades of experience navigating the neighborhoods, buildings, streets, pricing patterns, and buyer behavior that shape our market. That local perspective is paired with hands-on experience in remodeling, renovation, investment, and property positioning, giving my clients insight into not only what something is worth, but why.
