Seattle based Paul Allen company, Vulcan Real Estate is planning two very major projects in downtown Bellevue. The first of them being a 600-foot tower located at 555 108th Ave NE with 937,000 sqft of office space. The second planned project called Bellevue Plaza located at 117 106th Ave NE will feature 3 towers ranging from 16-17 stories with a total of roughly 1 million sq ft of office space. It is expected by market observers that Amazon - a company that is quick to bite when it comes to real estate, will lease both.

With more than 1 million sq ft of office space, about 88 percent of which will be set aside for offices and the remainder dedicated to meeting, common and retail spaces.
